One job, end to end

A lead on Monday morning, invoiced without a second data entry.

1. Request arrives

   From your website widget, the public booking form or a partner's software. The customer, property and job are created together.

2. Slot is held

   Checked against the crew's real availability, then confirmed by email with the date and time spelled out.

3. Test runs

   Placement, then pickup after the exposure window. The reading goes on the job and is judged against your action level.

4. Quote is signed

   Line items, tax and expiry, sent as a link. The signature, the IP and the PDF are kept with the quote.

5. Install is booked

   The customer picks an install date and the post-mitigation retest pickup in the same step.

6. Invoice goes out

   Drafted from the signed quote, numbered in your own sequence, emailed with the PDF attached.
